Another very slow start to the morning today. We threw at many fish that enjoyed looking but not eating. With persistence we found a nice batch of eaters. 12-18 FOW with a nightcrawler.

With a very slow start to the morning it finally came together at around 10:30. Once the wind started to blow the walleyes began to eat. We ended up with a great mixed bag of walleyes and bass with a 27 inch Pig of a walleye. Bobbers with leeches was the trigger today.

We have been getting on some absolute TANK walleyes recently. Every single day is producing walleyes in the 25-30 inch range!! These fish have been very solitary. They are not usually hanging out with other smaller walleyes. Precision casting with a finesse presentation is proving to be too much for them to resist!

Found some big pre spawn bluegills suspending in 10-15 fow. Walleyes were also suspended over 14-18 FOW. Bobber and a nightcrawler produced the best today.

Multi species days have been a blast! 100+ fish days recently! Walleyes are still in 8-14 Feet of water. Bobber and a Leech or nightcrawler is the ticket.
